The usage environment and operating methods are also important factors affecting lifespan. Although ceramic coatings have high heat resistance, micro-cracks may still develop under prolonged dry heating or sudden temperature changes. Furthermore, cooking with metal spatulas or sharp utensils can cause mechanical damage to the coating surface, thus reducing its non-stick properties.

Cleaning and maintenance methods are equally important. Using strong acid or alkali cleaners or steel wool will accelerate surface wear, while gentle cleaning methods help extend lifespan. At the same time, avoiding prolonged storage of food residue can reduce the impact of chemical corrosion on the coating.
